What makes us special?  Our intimate waterfront setting, smoke-free with privacy and tranquility built right in.  Enjoy contactless check-in, space to truly unwind, and the bonus of local pubs and restaurants just a short stroll away.  Our fully renovated spaces are entirely carpet-free, with ceramic tile in bathrooms and kitchens and luxury vinyl tile throughout living and sleeping areas.  All bedding is feather-free, using high-quality microfiber and polyester blends. The result is a polished, contemporary setting that many frequent travelers find especially comfortable—particularly those who prefer to avoid carpeted rooms and feather bedding.

Local boaters provide the ever-changing seascape for your entertainment.  Mother Nature soothes your daydreams with her sea breeze.  Additionally, you might be treated to seasonal boat parades and fireworks displays.  While in the middle of it all, everything you could want is nearby, such as shopping, pubs, and restaurants.  For the more active, there is fishing, beaches, jet ski rentals, hike and bike trails, as well as birding trails.  But, if that isn’t enough, it’s a quick 5-10 minute trip to Texas’ top two attractions: The Kemah Boardwalk (restaurants, live entertainment, thrill rides) and the home of manned space flight, Space Center Houston.
