The Ark is our only “pet-friendly” guest house, nautical theme with wood floors, knotty pine walls, Wi Fi, color TV Dish reception, queen bed and “L-shaped” floor plan for living room/dining and kitchen.  Huge deck overlooks the water.

The Helm for two or four, offers adjoining bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, each with Color TV Dish Reception, private baths, iron and ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen.  Huge, private deck.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations

Search no more.  We’ve designated one of our best waterfront guest houses just for you and your well behaved pet.  Restricted to 25 pound limit, there is a $25 non-refundable clean up fee.  Please specify that you have a pet, upon making your reservation.

BOOKING ** CANCELLATION POLICY ** RESTRICTIONS

A minimum one night lodging is required to confirm a reservation; which is guaranteed until 6 p.m.; after that, an explicit time of arrival should be agreed upon. There are no refunds for holidays, holiday weeks, special events, late arrival or early departure. Cancel 2 weeks in advance for full refund less $25; within 2 weeks, refund less $25 only if space is rebooked. There is a $500 clean up fee for use of kitchens if not left as clean and in order as found, including but not limited to appliances, dishes, smoke, cooking and/or pet odors. Our policy is to adhere to the City of Seabrook NO SMOKING ordinance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in time is between 3-5 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. BREAKFAST is provided at the Lakehouse B&B only, at 9:30 a.m., unless other arrangements are made. Breakfast is not provided with the guest houses.

Inquire as to our one, PET-FRIENDLY guest house. AGE RESTRICTION: Guest must be 21 years of age to reserve, check in and occupy a guest room. Any guest under 21 must have adult supervision. No more than two adult guests may occupy a guest room, unless prior arrangements have been made, including additional payment per guest at $35 per person. More than 4 visiting guests, additional rates and restrictions apply. ALCOHOL on premise, inquire as to restrictions.
